We provide all the necessary resources for the operation of our company. We set Quality objectives, the achievement of which we review at regular intervals, during the annual Management Review. The effort for continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System is our goal and basic commitment. The company operates in the field of medical products & services. Our company's environmental policy has as its primary objective the protection of the environment and the minimization of the impact of our activities on the environment. Our objectives are: • Rational use of liquid waste, solid waste and control and reduction of gaseous pollutant emissions from the general operation of the company • Rational use of energy resources, increasing the efficiency of equipment and means in terms of energy consumption and possible future use of renewable energy sources • Control of Noise produced by equipment and means • Control of fire risk • Use of equipment and means of new environmentally friendly technology where feasible To achieve the above objectives, KMS Medical I.K.E.: • Has adopted an Environmental Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 14001/2015, which is applied to all environmental aspects of the business. The Environmental Management System is monitored, maintained and improved through inspection, evaluation and review programs. • Provides adequate resources for environmental management: know-how, appropriate equipment, trained and capable personnel. • Establishes environmental objectives, the implementation of which is reviewed and evaluated at regular intervals. At the same time, systematic measurements are made and critical parameters and processes are evaluated, so that negative environmental impacts are eliminated or reduced. The continuous improvement of the operation and effectiveness of the business and the Environmental Management System as well as our compliance with current Environmental Legislation and its obligations are a commitment of the company's Management and is based on the active participation and support of all employees. KMS Medical I.K.E., recognizing the importance of combating corruption and bribery, as well as the negative impact that any involvement in bribery could have on its image and reputation, has established and implements an Anti-Bribery Policy approved by the company's manager. The Policy is binding on all employees without exception, regardless of functional position and hierarchical level, including the manager, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants of all kinds, business partners and any other third party acting on behalf of the company. This Policy aims to raise awareness among all employees and partners of the company against the phenomenon of bribery and seeks to strengthen Management's commitment to zero tolerance for bribery, creating a framework of obligations and guidelines to be used as a tool for the prevention, deterrence and combating of bribery. The Company seeks to provide Services in accordance with the applicable Legal and Regulatory framework and other contractual obligations, in a manner that protects information from intentional or unintentional theft, destruction, or use in violation of Laws and Regulatory Provisions. The purpose of information security is to ensure the Company's business continuity and to minimize risks threatening information, avoiding security incidents and reducing the impact such incidents may have. The Security Policy is applied by all Company personnel involved in the execution of Services, as well as to the equipment used and the facilities used by the Company in the context of executing Services, including any additional terms of related contracts. The objective of this policy is to protect the Company's and its clients' information assets from all internal, external, intentional or unintentional threats. The specific objectives of the Company regarding Information Security are: • Information shall be protected from any unauthorized access • Confidentiality of Information shall be ensured • Integrity of Information shall be maintained • Availability of Information shall be maintained • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements shall be ensured • Business Continuity Plans shall be developed, maintained and tested • Training on Information Security shall be provided to all personnel • All actual or suspected security incidents shall be reported to the Information Security Officer and fully investigated To achieve the above objectives, specific Security Policies and Procedures have been developed and are implemented, describing Management's directions, the Method of Implementation of the Policy or Procedure, and all relevant personnel responsibilities. All personnel and external partners (when required) are obliged to implement the Security Policies that fall within the scope of their activities.
